2. No Guarantees
Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and personal financial circumstances. Evaton Kidd makes no guarantee of income, profit, or investment success. All client result examples are illustrative and not a promise of future performance.
3. Payment Terms
All fees for programs and coaching are due at enrollment unless a payment plan is arranged in writing. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, strategies, and methods taught through The Motivator programs are the intellectual property of Evaton Kidd. Reproduction or resale without written permission is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evaton Kidd and The Motivator are not liable for any financial loss or consequential damages arising from participation in any program or deal partnership.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in East Haven, Connecticut.

General Policy
All program enrollments and coaching packages are considered final at purchase because of the significant time, preparation, and direct access involved in every engagement.
Exception: First Session Guarantee
If after your first coaching session you feel the program is not the right fit, notify us within 48 hours. We will issue a full refund minus any applicable processing fees. No questions asked.
What Is Not Refundable
- Sessions completed beyond the first
- Digital materials that have been accessed
- Group mastermind memberships after the second group call
- Deal partnership arrangements once a deal is in progress
